On this page Individuals working in a personal capacity must register with the Office of Drug Control (ODC) to access the ODC Business Service through the Health Business Services (HBS) portal. The processComplete the ODC Organisation or Individual details form.Email the complete form to the ODC Business Services help desk at ODC.OrgDetails@health.gov.au.Who can registerTo meet Australia's obligations under international drug conventions, individual registration is required for those involved in:CultivationImportExportManufacture of controlled substances.Before you applyTo complete your registration, you will need: your personal details (including name and address)details of a nominated Administratora representative who can create and manage contacts. You can nominate up to two Administrators per registration.When you register as an individual, you will be added to the ODC Business Service as an authorised representative with Administrator access.After you submitThe ODC Business Services help desk will process your application.
