In 2024 we established the Health Business Services Portal, (the ‘portal’).  The online portal will make it easier and more convenient for you to do business with us. This is part of our commitment to delivering more transparent, evidence and risk-based regulation, while reducing the regulatory burden on industry.

This page is where you will find detailed information about current and upcoming changes and any action you need to take. 

Portal now online 

As of 23 July 2024, you can log in to the online portal, create and manage an account for your organisation, and submit licence applications directly to the ODC on digital forms as they are developed. We will be progressively adding more digital forms and enhanced functionality, enabling you to complete a range of tasks more quickly and conveniently online.

Set up myID

You will need to set up myID to access the online portal. MyID used to be called myGovID, but changed name - external site in November 2024 to avoid confusion with myGov.

myID is an easy and secure way to prove who you are online that many government agencies and services use. It provides greater security for you and helps us ensure we are interacting with an authorised person via the portal.
