Introduction

The Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956 allow for the import of otherwise prohibited substances with the permission of the administering agencies.

The ODC administers the following regulations:

  • Regulation 5: Narcotic, psychotropic drugs and precursor chemicals
  • Regulation 5A: Antibiotics
  • Regulation 5G: Various substances which include hormones
  • Regulation 5H: Various substances which include anabolic and androgenic substances.
