Use this form to apply for a type 2 variation to a medicinal cannabis licence under the Narcotic Drugs Act 1967. You can apply to vary or add the period for which the licence is in force or vary, add or remove any one or more measures of the authorised system of security for a licensed premises. Also, you can apply for changes not covered by other variation types (1, 3 or 4), or specified above – these are considered ‘other’ variations.
