What does a type 2 licence variation cover?

This type of licence variation is used for proposed changes to: 

  • the period for which the licence is in force
  • the currently authorised system of security for a licensed premises
  • any other variation not specified above or in type 1, 3 or 4 licence variations.

How to apply

You will need to sign in or create an account with Health Business Services when you apply. 

Take care when you review and submit your application. 

If significant changes are required during the assessment of the application, you may need to submit a new application and pay the fee again.
