A Statement of Intent responds to the expectations set out in a Statement of Expectations. It outlines how expectations are intended to be met and how progress will be demonstrated. The Statement of Intent can be broader in scope than the expectations set out in the Statement of Expectations and offers an avenue to highlight any emerging risks or operational issues.
