Privacy for ODC Service

Your personal information is protected by law under the Privacy Act 1988.

The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing (the Department) collects your personal information in the course of performing its functions, including to deliver business services for the Office of Drug Control (ODC) via the Health Business Services portal. This includes when you link the ODC service or contact the ODC.

If you do not provide your personal information, we may be unable to provide you relevant business services via the Health Business Services portal.

In most cases, we will collect your personal information directly from you. Where we collect personal information about you from a third party, we will only do so with your consent or as authorised by law.

The Department will not disclose your personal information to any overseas recipients without your consent.
