Learn about additional substances now subject to import and export controls under the Customs (Prohibited Imports and Exports) Regulations.
From 21 February 2024, the following substances require a licence and permit for import and/or export issued by us, the Office of Drug Control (ODC). This in accordance with Regulation 5 of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956 and Regulation 10 of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958.
