Cost recovery arrangements
Cost recovery allows government agencies to recover some or all of the efficient costs of delivering regulatory services. This may include:

- annual charges
- other regulatory costs associated with the administration of the Medicinal Cannabis Scheme.
These arrangements support the regulation of medicinal cannabis activities conducted under the Narcotic Drugs Act 1967.
