Precursor substances

Pre-export notification and export and import permits and licences are required from the Office of Drug Control (ODC).

Precursor chemicals require a licence and permit to import from the Office of Drug Control (ODC). 

Some precursor chemicals require a licence and permit to export and a pre-export notification (PEN) before they may be exported from Australia.
