A Pre‑Export Notification (PEN) must be completed for export consignments containing substances listed under the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958.
The completed notification must be submitted to the Drug Control Section no later than five working days before the intended export to ensure compliance and allow for regulatory review.
