What does a type 1 licence variation cover?
This type of licence variation includes proposed changes to:
- remove authorised persons from the licence
- update (vary) the name of the licence holder
- update (vary) the name or description of an authorised person, specified on the licence.
How to apply
To apply for a Type 1 variation:
- Sign in to the Health Business Services (HBS) portal using your organisation account.
- Select Apply for a Type 1 variation to a medicinal cannabis licence from the available transactions.
- Complete and submit the online form.
If you do not have access to HBS, register for an account and ensure you are linked to the relevant organisation before starting your application.
