What does a type 2 licence variation cover?
This type of licence variation is used for proposed changes to:
- the period for which the licence is in force
- the currently authorised system of security for a licensed premises
- any other variation not specified above or in type 1, 3 or 4 licence variations.

If significant changes are required during the assessment of the application, you may need to submit a new application and pay the fee again.
