Find out about the new fees and charges for the Medicinal Cannabis Scheme starting in August 2023.
From 1 August 2023, the revised fees and charges for the Medicinal Cannabis Scheme will apply to all medicinal cannabis licence and permit holders and new applicants. This follows the review of the cost recovery arrangements for the regulation of the Scheme.
The changes to the fees and charges are described in the Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS) 2023-24.
