From 12 August 2020, the following substances require a licence and permit, issued by the Office of Drug Control, in accordance with Regulation 10 of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958.

  • Alpha-pyrrolidinohexaneophenone (otherwise known as alpha-PHP)
  • 5F-AMB-PINACA (otherwise known as 5F-AMB or 5F-MMB-PINACA)
  • 4-CMC (otherwise known as 4-chloromethcathinone or clephedrone)
  • Crotonylfentanyl
  • DOC (otherwise known as 1-(4-chloro 2,5-dimethoxyphenyl) propan-2-amine
  • Deschloroetizolam
  • N-ethylhexedrone
  • Etizolam
  • Flualprazolam
  • 4-F-MDMB-BINACA
  • 5F-MDMB-PICA (otherwise known as 5F-MDMB-2201)
  • Methyl alpha-phenylacetoacetate (otherwise known as MAPA)
  • Valerylfentanyl
