Apply to vary an existing medicinal cannabis permit – cultivation and production for medicinal or scientific purposes

You can apply to vary your permit to change:

• Licence holder name (without changing the legal entity) — Type 1
• Maximum quantity held at any one time (within existing total authorised limits) — Type 1
• Authorised supply pathway categories — Type 2
• Total authorised quantities within the permit period — Type 3
• Approved cultivation and production activities — Type 3

Each variation type reflects the level of regulatory assessment required.
