What does a type 3 licence variation cover?

This type of licence variation includes proposed changes to:

the layout of a site for a particular licensed premises
the floorplan of a particular licensed premises (except where the change to the floor plan is as a result of adding or removing an activity authorised by the licence at that premises)
authorised activities
adding an authorised person.

You will need to sign in or create an account with Health Business Services when you apply.

If significant changes are required during the assessment of the application, you may need to submit a new application and pay the fee again.
