Introduction
This application must relate to a medicinal cannabis licence issued by the Office of Drug Control (ODC) under the Narcotic Drugs Act 1967 (the Narcotic Drugs Act).
Variations can only be proposed in relation to one of the following matters:
- Change to the period for which the licence is in force
- Remove authorised persons from the licence
- Update the name of the licence holder
